Tavistock Development Company, a diversified real estate development firm, challenged Little to design a space that would reinforce its brand and allow employees to work better, smarter and faster.

The design team created a space that flows from public to more private spaces with a break room/event space in the center. A private, brainstorming room is located adjacent to the reception area with a large, pivot door that can open to create one communal space for parties and events. An abstract map of Lake Nona and multi-media touch screens wrap the reception area, reflecting the surrounding community and reinforcing the Tavistock brand. Employee wellness is encouraged through active workspaces and a connection to the outdoors and local community.
