The renovation of these laboratories contain all the functional needs of the Institute including cell culture, cell sorting facilities, pcr laboratories, and accessioning needs for incoming and outgoing materials. In addition, there is an extensive central liquid nitrogen freezer farm. The upfits of each floor were constructed on an accelerated schedule in order to support the important work that these scientists are doing in support of the continuation vaccine for COVID-19. In addition to lab space, this research facility contains exam functions for subjects who are in clinical trials.
