Prominently located in the heart of campus overlooking the University’s renowned football stadium, Death Valley, this residence hall redeveloped the housing precinct of campus and connects existing residence halls to important social activities.
This 300-student complex takes advantage of the highly popular public view of the campus football stadium by incorporating large bay windows overlooking the field from the corner lounges on each floor. In addition, a ‘tailgate terrace’ adds to the excitement on game day while the quadrangle created and shared with adjacent residence halls, helps support the residential village.
