Little Wins in Architecture at Zero Competition

Charlotte, NC

Little is pleased to announce that it has received top honors in the 2016 Architecture at Zero competition for zero net energy (ZNE) building design. Little received a Merit Award for its net-positive energy, student housing design at the San Francisco State University campus. Pacific Gas and Electric Company and the American Institute of Architects, California Council, sponsored this year's competition which received 60 entries focused on energy efficiency and onsite renewable energy.

Tavistock: One of Florida's Healthiest Buildings

Orlando, FL

Little's Orlando office recently completed the 16,000 sf headquarters office of Tavistock, designed to the new International Well Building Institute standard. The workspace not only impacts its surrounding environment, but also the health of those who work there. IIDA Carolinas and AIA Orlando Awards

Charlotte, NC, Orlando, FL

Little has been presented with six prestigious project awards. The IIDA Carolinas Chapter honored Little's design for Charlotte Center City Partners with Best Small Corporate design as well as the Best In Show award! AIA Orlando also announced its annual design award winners. Little's design for the downtown Credo coffee shop won an Award of Honor. Our design of Fairwinds Credit Union, Castro Private Health Medical Office and Dewberry Architecture & Engineering office received Awards of Merit.
