Thomas is a 37+ year veteran in the field of architecture, including experience in design and production, contract administration, specifications writing, and quality assurance.

As Director of Technical Quality, he oversees technical standards and details while enhancing mentoring and training programs and assisting technical principles with QA in each office to drive utilization on projects. Thomas impacts projects across the entire company with his attention to detail and continuous pursuit of quality improvement.

A creative thinker, problem-solver and an adventurous foodie, Thom has been invaluable as a strong advocate for our culture in the DC office, increasing attention on our firmwide EDI efforts and elevating our participation in recruiting fairs.
