As Partner and leader of Little’s Orlando office, Jim is responsible for the strategic growth and development of the Workplace, Healthcare, Retail and Community market sectors in the Florida market.
In addition to nurturing existing client relationships and building new ones, he is deeply invested in hiring, developing and mentoring the best talent possible to ensure the delivery of extraordinary design solutions. Jim firmly believes that the intersection of expertise and collaboration between diverse talent is how breakthrough ideas are born. He puts his passion for enhancing people’s lives through the delivery of sustainably responsible design solutions into practice for clients like Parkway Properties, AdventHealth, BBDRE, Universal Creative, Corkcicle, 4Roots Foundation and The Generous Pour.
