A strategic leader focused on innovative problem-solving and human outcomes.

Daniel brings nearly three decades of expertise across brand, research, strategy, communication, and design. As partner and leader of the Collaborative Specialties Practice at Little, he oversees a dynamic collective of teams and studios that deliver a broad spectrum of specialized consulting services—both technical and creative—that go beyond what's typically offered by traditional A/E firms, adding substantial value to every project.

Daniel's portfolio reflects a broad expertise across global brands and sectors, including Retail, Hospitality, Entertainment, Community/Civic, and Workplace. His commitment to design excellence and the customer experience is reflected in his active roles with prominent organizations like the Retail Design Institute (RDI), where he chairs the Charlotte chapter, the Customer Experience Professional Association (CXPA), and the Society for Experiential Graphic Design (SEGD). Additionally, Daniel lends his expertise to the next generation of design thinkers as a member of the International Advisory Board for the College of Textiles at NC State University and the Advisory Board for VM+SD, the leading publication for visual merchandising and store design.

Words of Inspiration

“"I've always been inspired by Albert Einstein's quote, 'We cannot solve our problems with the same thinking we used when we created them.'" and author Steven Johnson's words, 'Chance favors the connected mind.' Together, these two simple ideas frame my approach to problem-solving and collaboration."”
