As a Design Principal for Little’s Workplace Practice, Courtney is known for her collaborative and innovative design approach. She has over 20 years of experience and is responsible for the conceptualization, development and management of the design direction for workplace projects, and collaborates with integrated teams to create solutions that delight clients and enhance people’s lives.

Her award-winning portfolio includes experience with a variety of commercial interiors project types, including creative studios, law firms, non-profit organizations, technology companies, research and development labs, retail branches, professional services and extensive experience in landlord development and tenant planning.

Courtney earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Interior Architecture from California State University.
