As a Workplace Interiors Principal, Ashley has a sincere passion for partnering with clients to ensure their workspaces enhance the overall health, happiness and productivity of the end-users.

With over 15 years of experience, she and her team listen intently gathering strong design drivers that lead to tailored solutions. She has earned the trust of her team and her clients through her hands on approach, positive attitude, and exceptional design skills. Ashley was the lead designer on Little’s award-winning Charlotte office which achieved WELL and LEED certification and has partnered with other notable clients including Lowe's Home Improvement, Truist, and Adventist Health.
