As a Technical Principal in our DC office, Richard’s primary focus is on aligning college and university, K-12 and civic clients with the extraordinary multi-disciplinary talent at Little to deliver design solutions that create a better future. Richard leads design teams, closely monitoring quality and cost as well as the development of the project delivery plan and schedule.

Bringing a wealth of experience in analyzing existing conditions and creatively implementing architectural design ideas, Richard has partnered with notable clients such as American University, The Catholic University of America, James Madison University, St. Andrews Episcopal School and Charlotte Latin School
