The Small Living Units (SLUs) on the campus of Ohio Wesleyan University are designed much like duplexes and are intentional communities of students who share an avid interest that they are interested in exploring more deeply.

With existing SLUs in poor condition, Ohio Wesleyan partnered with us to design new duplex units that accommodate 12 units each, with a total of 96 beds. The units are located on an extension of the Jaywalk that defines the order of the campus. The master plan further reinforces the Jaywalk and creates a powerful link between the academic core to the east and the student housing to the west.
