Robert is Partner and President of Little’s Durham, NC office where he mentors a robust team of architects, planners, landscape architects, graphic designers, interior designers, and engineers.

Robert focuses his energy on building an inquisitive and collaborative office culture, fostering design excellence, and earning client trust. He believes that impactful design must enhance life experiences for all people in the communities we serve. Robert began his 40-year career in the Virginia Tech Planning Department, learning the value of creating balance between building architecture, active outdoor space and environmental responsibility.
