Melanie serves as a Senior Marketing Associate in Little's Durham office. With over eight years of marketing experience, she is instrumental in enhancing the firm's brand exposure and communication efforts. Her responsibilities include managing conference and event participation, speaking engagements, and publications. She also leads the firmwide awards submission process, from project awards to individual recognitions ranging from statewide and regional award programs to national and global competitions.

Melanie also creates and expertly manages content for multiple social media accounts firmwide. Her passion for marketing stretches beyond her work at Little as a member of the SMPS Triangle membership committee and a graduate of Leadership Raleigh.
