I say this every year, but it’s true, today is one of my favorite days in the Little calendar because it’s all about recognizing and celebrating the people who make Little better. They make us better through the way that they work with us. They are the people who make work fun and every interaction a positive one. They may make us better through the way that they dig deeply, on behalf of our clients and our projects, to come up with curious and creative solutions. They make us better because they’re always thinking of ways we can elevate client performance and because they make us better design professionals, better listeners, better teammates.

Today we celebrate the class of 2022 New Associates and Senior Associates for being who they are, because they inspire us every day to be better.
