This Town Hall is one of only a handful of municipal buildings in the United States to earn LEED Platinum certification.

After selecting a site through a public consensus building process that included charettes and public forums, Little was asked by the Town of Wake Forest to generate a municipal master plan and subsequently create a contemporary design for the Town Hall that would complement its historic context. Housing the majority of town services, the design of this facility embraces the spirit and identity of Wake Forest and incorporates unique elements such as a town history timeline in the polished lobby floor. LEED features highlighted include air distribution, energy efficiency, site features, and building materials.
